It has been a long time coming, but it is finally here. You will find this new site to be much more user friendly and much faster accessing areas of the site and digital downloads.
Unfortunately - with the new website, we were unable to transfer over our existing customers order info and relevant information. This means you will need to re-register for a new account on our new website. Sorry about that, beyond our control.
IMPORTANT: During the micro chip shortage over the past 3 years, the component prices of the materials we used to build our Hi-Rez Relay decoders went up through the roof. Not making them cost effective at all.
We did not want to have to pass on the price hike to our loyal customers, so we scaled some things back - made some changes and now have new Hi-Rez Relay Decoders in stock at an unbelievable low price.
We are calling it: Hi-Rez Relay Decoder X
With every bonus, comes a sacrifice. In order to be able to provide the new Relay Decoders at a low price, we had to go back through 'all' our products that use the Relay Decoder and 're-encode' every single one of them. This wasn't necessarily a bad thing because with the re-encodes we changed everything over to H.264 MP4 format, with file sizes 1/3rd of what they were prior.
But that also means the new Hi-Rez Relay Decoder will ONLY work with our new updated videos - as of August 19, 2023.
Now before you get all upset thinking you've waited all this time and now have to buy the video product again ... that is not the case.
If you send us an email using the 'Contact' links on the site AFTER you have purchased the new Relay Decoder, and provide us with your order number or Paypal receipt from you original order, we will send you new download links to download the updated versions of the video files absolutely free. This is strictly for the videos you need to run with the relay decoder that you have previous purchased / downloaded.
